Organizing and staging exhibitions were among my main roles when I was at LACMA. Exhibitions there included: The Gilbert Collection of Gold and Silver; Gold Boxes from the Gilbert Collection; Jewellery by René Lalique; and Italian Maiolica from the Corcoran Museum.

More recent shows in London have included: Silver and the Church: the 1400th Anniversary of the Diocese of London (Goldsmiths’ Hall, 2004); Renaissance Silver from the Schroder Collection (Wallace Collection, 2007); and Treasures of the English Church (Goldsmiths’ Hall, 2008).

I also served as the lead curator for three permanent galleries at the V&A: the continental displays in The Whiteley Silver Galleries; The Sacred Silver and Stained-Glass Gallery; and The Gilbert Galleries.
